Caltrate Bone & Muscle 50+ Years is a high potency* calcium supplement with vitamin D for muscle strength plus four other minerals to help promote bone strength and flexibility

Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol): 1000 IU (25 mcg)
Magnesium (as oxide): 100 mg
Zinc (as oxide): 15 mg
Copper (as sulfate): 1000 mcg
Manganese (as sulfate): 3.5 mg.

*With two tablets daily.

Dosage Instructions

Adults 50 years and over take one tablet twice daily with liquid after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional. It is suggested that you have each tablet at a different meal time.
